Meet Bobi
When it came time for Bobi Siembieda to go to college, she had no money to fund it and had to make her way on her own.
Though Bobi enrolled in a junior college, she did not stay long. Instead she found her education in the work place. Within a few years she was hiring people with a college degree and training them. Bobi was co-founder and President of the Thatcher Technology Group by the time she returned to finish college..

Bobi’s career includes 30 years developing and implementing technology solutions. Since leaving the technology industry, she has coached business owners on how to grow their companies and speaks regularly at trade association gatherings.
Bobi lives in the Chicago area. She holds a bachelor’s degree from DePaul University. When she is not working, Bobi enjoys time with her family and mentors victims of domestic abuse and homelessness, helping them reclaim their lives through advocacy, education and their own grit.
